« Clean room, great location, friendly staff. »

« Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family! »

« Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob! »

« Personnel gentil! Nous sommes des voyageurs qui étaient de passage dans cette région et nous avions choisi cet établissement pour la facilité d'accès près de la route! Ce n'était pas wow mais acceptable, seul point négatif était qu'il n'y avait plus de nourriture pour le déjeuner! Pour le reste ca va! »

« The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now. »

« Loved it. I even played one of the three pianos in the parlor -- it was a fine instrument. »

« Good noise reduction for being so close to the highway. Great breakfast for a continental breakfast. Bed was excellent and the room was clean. I would stay again passing through. »

« Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful. »

« Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here. »
